I have been here only six months from the east coast where we can be bit crude or rude to each other, Here at SB I found the Employees helpful and well mannered. And mostly the same at both stores. SB & Vons. I would hope people don't rate a business on one mishaps, especially when young adults are working, I don't think they know they are being rude. I would NOT recommend the store for the simple fact that the cashiers there are highly unprofessionl!! Where does the manager of the store get all these KIDS!! They need more management skills in that store!!! Of all the 3 times that I've been in there, the cashiers have NEVER greeted me once. I feel that there's a lot of racism in that store. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If you want better service, it is worth the gas and mileage.
