Excellent staff, great phebotomist
I haven’t had a horrible experience here until today. I do not mind needles at all. I have had bloodwork frequently my entire life and it never ever bothers me. The woman who took my blood today caused me so much pain just for routine blood work. She stabbed my vein in an unnatural and aggressive way. I am completely bruised and swollen, and still have pain at the entry point 10 hours later. Such a horrible experience to go through especially pregnant. This woman should not be allowed to have needles anywhere near patients.
