No response when pcp requested pulmonary function test results. No call backs. Overbooked office. Felt like they had no time and were just plain rude and annoyed. Came to office to address concerns with test and was told to come back tomorrow (another $10 parking fee).
Have been going there a few years right now....no issues
I was taken care of.
So bad customer service. The staff hang up the phone on me. Not helpful, not understanding, not listening us. I see the rate in google 3 or under. Bad service.
