I was taken care of.
So bad customer service. The staff hang up the phone on me. Not helpful, not understanding, not listening us. I see the rate in google 3 or under. Bad service.
The practice under Northwell has become horrible. They can't see existing patients for months. They do not respond to notices from Pharmacy. They do not respond to patient requests. Refills requests are ignored. Requests for call back from doctor is also ignored. They told me if I need to see the doctor sooner than a few months go to the emergency room.
