Spoke to salamander or w.e her name was on the phone to make an appointment for a vaccine she was EXTREMELY rude. All I needed was information on a vaccine and she shot me down almost immediately instead of explaining everything to me. In a nasty tone she told me “we’re a doctors office not a clinic”. Rude and disgusting. Need new receptionist that actually want to do their job.
