NEVER go to this dentist. Believe All of the reviews… First off, the dentist looks at my teeth, asks me what insurance I have (which is metro plus, pretty bad marketplace insurance), then says “oh so your gonna need special gel in order for me to clean your teeth. I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. I just had an appointment around a month ago. I have swollen glands in my neck and I told the dentist and nurse about it and they both looked at me like they don’t know what I’m talking about even though swollen glands in the neck is a common dental issue. I had x rays done and a cleaning. I was referred to the Periodontist and told to gargle salt water for my swollen glands. My appointment was at 1.30 pm and I was called after 3 hours. I don’t understand how some people who came after me were called before me.
Worst destist of all. Very long very very long wait times. Thay put like 5 people at the same time. Unsanitary. Night marre for people who afraid of doctors. They arr very pushy with procedures. In my proffer opinion this office needs a lot of work. Staff that cares and managment to change. Service take too long to complete.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The dentist barely looked at my mother in laws teeth. The visit was confusing and unprofessional, the x-rays were unclear, and we waited over an hour. Other reviews here are accurate—very disappointed and would not recommend.
