Stay away! Stay away! This place deserves zero stars. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal. I was having my face done (upper lip, chin, sideburns). I was hesitant at arrival because the place smelled bad. Karrie took me to a small room and told me to lie on the chair/bed. There was an old sheet type of covering on it that appeared not to have been changed for some time. Unprofessional I totally agree with previous review. I purchased the Groupon for the 4 Laser Acne Treatments. Evidentally the employee there named Karrie Jarrett was supposed to be providing the service, after I left 3 voicemails in a two week period, I called Groupon to get my money back. It is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to treat potentail clients as if their time is not of value.
