Things were fine, then nothing not even charges. I wrote numerous times due to accident no phone, can't get #. After yrs. Charges started. I wrote asked for them to call. Nope. Told bank. They emptied acct. Bank handling it. Neighbor said finally on internet. Here I am. Bad business. My letter, told them I'm disabled can't leave home. accident ruined my life. You would think they would call. They need to handle this correctly n now. Doesn't take yrs. Then empty acct. .

TERRIBLE!! We rented a unit for 1 month-June, I had to provide security deposit and was told it would be refunded within 30 days, I still haven’t received my security deposit after 4 months in waiting, I have called many times and Diane won’t return my call. Very Poor Service!
