Having eaten bbq in KC, Memphis, Texas and NC I was surprised at the food. The burnt ends were good but not great. The ribs were dry and tasted more like smoked ham than moist fall off the bone ribs. The different bbq sauces tasted very similar and not that good. The mac & cheese and the cole slaw were good. The banana cream pie for dessert was too much cream and not enough bananas. I really wanted to like this restaurant but will not likely go back.

First time here. The dinosaur rib was meaty, smoked well and had a great BBQ sauce with the perfect kick. The baby back ribs were dry and near beef jerky chewy. We ordered a side of the truffle asparagus, which was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Portion wasn't worth the price of maybe 2 stalks of asparagus chopped up. Cocktails were overpriced for maybe 3 sips.

Finally tried their beef ribs after hearing so much about them. Honestly, wow 🍖 The flavor and overall experience really lived up to the hype. I also don’t think there are many BBQ spots around Napa serving beef ribs like this, if any at all. Overall, Stateline Road Smokehouse continues to be one of the best BBQ spots in Napa for me. The food was so good! Meat was very tender and everything was well seasoned! Highly recommend the brisket sandwhich!!!!
