Rental management company that only has a bottom panel door slot for after-hours payment. Nothing curbside. And, to pay online, which could be set up for automatic payments online, they charge an additional percentage. Rent is already high enough.
Lack of professionalism with customers in general .No recommended at all get another rental management right the way
I wouldn't rent from these people ever again and I wouldn't recommend them I'm in the process of suing them for the return of my security deposit.and Janice is one of the rudest people ever I paid rent through COVID recieved letters saying the owner owed taxes and for me to get out etc. and they tried to act like they had no clue on what was going on. And if could give them 0 I would Joyce was the one who rented me the place

I was trying to rent through these guys and they completely took my money. They’re withholding my deposit because the owner of one of the properties agreed to one thing and changed his mind. Told me I costed them money because the apartment was vacant for the entire month of September (not true) so therefore they’re not gonna refund me. They’re also claiming that somewhere in the application it states that but is refusing to email a copy of that to me
