If you are a young African-American professional. They will treat you like you probably don’t belong here. I was walked past by the service advisor at least four times today even though I was sitting in the waiting area for service. This area is approximately 3 to 4 feet from the service advisors desk. Lots of car guys here who actually know the product & still offer customer service. Got a great deal on my warranty as well!
They are not professional at all. First you make an appointment to drive and when you get there they tell you that they don't have a car and you can't drive it. I can look it up on the computer if I want. Wow, that's really smart. Should be avoided.
