Excellent Service Experience! I recently had my Alfa Romeo serviced at Stateline Maserati / Alfa Romeo. Roger was fantastic to work with. He was upfront, easy to talk to, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was my first time coming here, but thanks to Roger and his team, it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend!
When I got home after a 25000 mile service, I noticed my Maserati's change oil message was still on. Apparently on my model you have to reset the engine/main, which they did. However you also have to reset the dash which they did not. Makes me question if the more substantive parts of the service were properly done. In the end, I researched how to reset the dash on Youtube and did it myself. It’s an expensive car to service so I found this less than deluxe.
Roger was excellent. He helped me with the work done that day and gave me advice for long-term maintenance.
Roger is great to work with for service. He keeps you posted on everything going on with your vehicle.
Roger and Chris did a great job helping us with servicing our Levante after transition from Baker in Charleston. First class individuals went out of their way to ensure our understanding, comfort and seem less transition into a rental. And then Roger arranged for a UPS shipment of our garage door opener to our home on a Saturday so we would not have to drive two hours to the dealership.
