Another excellent visit. Stateline has raised their game. You now get a video walkthrough of the technician's inspection. You can see what they see. It's a great tool to assist in making decisions on repairs. As always, Zella was outstanding and kept me informed every step of the way.
I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Dishonest, not very professional. The good: I was able to purchase a vehicle from this dealership from out of state. They were generally responsive and helpful as I asked questions and worked to get my deal done. I was paying cash, no trade, and needed to fly in to pick it up and drive home. I was able to get it done, but there was a fair bit of confusion the day I purchased as the finance person was not around despite having scheduled my pickup. No biggie... read more
