Just had my first experience with stateline, although it wasnt any major work they did they called me as soon as they knew what was wrong and said its a relatively simple fix and even offered my truck back as is to save myself money, i had them fix it since it was already ther, im fully satisfied with everything, Tim seemed very nice and professional, i never leave reviews on places but ive heard of some bad experiences with them (like anywhere) and thought id take the time to share mine since im pleased, and from what i can... read more
I got my truck back today. Power steering pump, hoses, serpentine belt, and tensioner pully. Very pleased with my truck. Stateline has been working on my truck for 5 years now. Except when I am on the road, nobody else will ever touch it. They put an engine in for me last year. A few problems that ended up being electrical, Tim made it right and I was back on the road a couple days later. Almost 700,000 miles and I have Tim and his crew to thank for it. Took my 2015 Ram 4500 to a Ram dealer for an electrical issue they charged me 6 hours of time. The dealer could not fix the truck. took it to Stateline Within 15 minutes problem was fixed and truck was running.
