I have been using State Choice for a couple of occasions. I cannot give them more starts because there is not more to rate them! Been using Roberta for my insurance needs, as well for my company, my family insurance and their companies. She is super helpful, responds usually very fast and explains every detail and is never bothered to explain me all the details of my policies and always makes sure to answer all my questions even when they are pretty obvious! If you enjoy playing “phone tag” and waiting on your money for months, this is the place for you. I have left DOZENS of messages trying to get ahold of my agent with no reply time after time. Despite being told I would hear back “tomorrow”, “soon”, or “within the hour”. And this was after they LOST my tax documents. Been doing our taxes with StateCoice for over a decade now. Always very satisfied with the service and the owners are genuinely nice people. From what I see from all the insurance reviews on here I'm going to get a quote from these guys since they've been great with the tax service and my auto policy is up for renewal this month.
Very impressed with the professionalism from everyone we interacted with at this agency. You can tell they care about making sure your business is insured properly. They offer so many options and companies that the rates and coverage are always superior to other agencies. They will save you money and more importantly time.
