I would not recommend that anyone use this company to purchase a home. Loretta Grant showed a property with multiple preexisting issues: water leak under the house,, no insulation under the house, cracks in the foundation, water leaks in the attic to name a few of the issues.to my 22 year old daughter and rushed her into signing a contract to purchase the house. We purchased a property about 2 years ago. Fabulous Realty Company! Answered ALL of the questions we had and quickly as well. We enjoyed how well Statewide took care of us that we are having them assist our daughter in finding a new property. Mr. Thackston and everyone at Statewide are the best of the best in our eyes! (And highly recommend)!
I was trying to sell some land. No discussion of details or fees. I received a contract to sign. 1 year contract, $1000.00 flat rate which was equivalent to 17%. I replied with an email about my concerns and no reply. Hmmm.
