We purchased a property about 2 years ago. Fabulous Realty Company! Answered ALL of the questions we had and quickly as well. I was trying to sell some land. No discussion of details or fees. I received a contract to sign. 1 year contract, $1000.00 flat rate which was equivalent to 17%. I replied with an email about my concerns and no reply. Hmmm.
