After 4 years at the home, all I can say is that I’m glad we are no longer there. I saw many of the veterans especially on the Alzheimer/Dementia wing treated horrible ... rampant UTI’s because lazy aids too busy doing nothing - not giving the guys fluids. Mr Avant is now the administrator and I know he has a good heart but he should have started firing when he walked in .. get rid of the poisonous attitudes at the home ... attitudes that are totally detrimental to the care of our veterans ... if you think because it’s a vet... read more

RecommendedMy dad has been here since the first of March 2020 and the staff has been keeping informed on all the things going on with them/him. We haven’t been able to see him because of the coronavirus but I know he is in good hands.
My father in law was a patient at this facility. And I have to say the staff went above and beyond in caring for him. We as his family will never forget your kindness and compassion y’all showed to him in his last moments. Thank you for the Lewis Family.
Missing my dad Carson Morgan who is now at the VA.
We are so lucky to have this home in north MS.
