Bad experience working here for only a week in half was treated bad by the manager and was treated like I didn't know what I was doing I have 6 years of automotive technology and computer on bored diagnostics experience schooling co workers and owner are very friendly but wasn't treated fairly by the manager
I was treated very professionally and kindly by Michael, the service manager. I was concerned about costs, looked it up, and they had an absolutely fair price for the work I needed. It was also great to see the ASE Certified patch on the technician working on my car. All around great experience and will definitely be bringing all my cars there moving forward.
The staff at State Tire & Auto were pleasant to be around. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about. My wait time was short which was great with my busy schedule. The Manager, Michael, helped me in a timely matter while being very attentive to my needs. If anyone in the area needs automotive assistance, I would recommend State Tire & Auto Center, in Brick, you won't be disappointed!
