We had my son and daughter in laws wedding reception at State Theater and it was a fantastic venue. Jon and Heather were great to work with. The venue is so nice we didn’t have to do a lot of decorating. Very spacious. Great bridal sweet. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful venue! My daughter was married here June 5, 2026 & it was perfect for the wedding/reception. The owners are very helpful, let us tour as needed & are great people. I feel like the owners went out of their way to make sure everything went off as planned. Highly recommend this venue for a wedding/reception or any other occasion. This venue is an asset to Columbus, KS.

Very clean. Heather and Jon are very good at helping and organizing.
The State Theatre is the perfect venue! It is absolutely beautiful and can accommodate any type of party. The owners are very kind and will make your dreams come true! The bathrooms and very nice and have lots of room. The bridal suite is big with lots of outlets, places to sit, and lots of mirrors. The owners keep the places updated and very clean!
