I've been with Statestreetproperty now for about nine years and I've never been given the benefit of a doubt when it comes to rent payment. I've always made sure that I send it out early to prevent a late payment fee but even then I'm assessed one... I can't win!!
Probably the worst company in terms of communication. You can quite literally NEVER get anyone on the phone. I was incorrectly and randomly charged $1800, and NO ONE can tell me what this charge was for or explain or even apologize if it was a mistake. I did not authorize any sort of charge to be made so I’m extremely confused.
