State Street Property Management took over my apartment while I was already on a lease. The transition was smooth and professional. My AC went out and the professional they used got it done very quickly and it stayed fixed. When it came time to renew my lease, I was nervous about how much they would raise the rent. I had no reason to be nervous becauseI the bump in rent was less than I expected. If I ever need to look for another apartment, I will definitely go through State Street Property Management.
Just moved into a property with them at the start of this month. I have submitted numerous reports of damages within the unit, but I have to constantly call them for an update on the repairs and when they will be fixed. Joanna will never answer any text or calls, just send people randomly to the property without any warnings. Go with any other property management company.
Disgusting human beings. They didn’t properly clean the apartment before my family moved in and this was the result, a backed up dryer and water damage to the floor. Permanently ruined some of our clothes too. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE!!!!! This is a health and safety violation as we have been breathing this in, and still, no one answers the phone. Have fun with my lawsuit!!
If I could leave zero stars, I totally would. I’ve been residing out one of their properties for quite a few years. It was actually purchased while I lived in it and State Street property came to manage the property. I am a single mom of two and I left that apartment in perfect condition It was so clean even the lady that came to do the first initial walk-through complemented me on how amazing the place looked. Very unprofessional, and one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with in this space. Owners beware, unless you have a fetish for obnoxious hidden fees, late payments, and abysmal communication.
