Fantastic experience! **** and his team treated us fairly and went above and beyond to make the deal comfortable. I have bought and sold a number of cars in my life, and worked with various other dealerships. I never once had the notorious car salesmen experience. Everyone was casual, polite and respectful of me and my time.
I am having a prolonged, bad experience with State Street Motors. I bought a used car. I am not allowed to talk to the owner. Car purchased had an obvious issue that was a minor repair and I was told (in writing) that it would be replaced with new, manufactured replacement. It was "fixed" with a used part. When I asked, manager said, Thats what they sent us.At home, one tire kept losing air. Took it to tire experts. Found large hole. I was forced to replace 4 tires. But when weather turned from hot to wet season water began ... read more

The specific 2012 Lexus RX350 you purchased on 8/23/2021, just over a year ago, sat at our facility for just about 2 weeks, not once we had to add air in the tires, They passed our inspection at about ****nd left thread on them and unfortunately we can not be responsible for road hazard issues that might occur after purchasing the vehicle. Also, Most tire shops like to replace all 4 tires instead ... read more

This company is run by slime balls. They tried to knowingly sell me a truck with blown head gaskets. When confronted about it their reaction was that of someone being caught in the act. They did not try to show me a different vehicle or keep my business in any way. If I could give zero stars I would.
Business response:
We offered the customer to take the truck to any mechanic shop and inspected for the head gasket and he never did that. The truck was showed to two different mechanics and there is no sign for a bad head gaskets.
