I have been bringing my cars to Chris for 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience. He is an honest mechanic, which is hard to find. His prices are very fair. I always get my vehicles back in a timely manner. And if a part needs to be ordered he researches to get the best deal. One time he quoted me a price and then called me back with a better price on a major part my car needed. Someone recommended Chris to me and now i recommend him!
Had my Jeep for over a week. Kept saying the company he orders parts from sent him the wrong parts. Ok, that's forgivable. But then we try axle boot route and I explain to Chris that he needs to be the one to order the boots so it gets covered under my extended warranty. He makes himself a note to order the boots. A week goes by, I hear nothing. I call him and he says he hasn't gotten around to it and then proceeds to tell me to order the parts myself. And these guys came as a referral from a friend = unfortunate.
I trust the mechanics at State street motors. They are always honest, very reasonable, & always very kind.
I started bringing my vehicle here for service earlier this year and even purchased another vehicle from them. Quality, affordable work and honest, veteran owned service. Nothing short of excellent!
My car is no spring chicken, she is ten years old but I've had it since it was new. It is the first car I've kept all the way through pay-off and I still love it. When it started acting up, a friend recommend Chris, she said "He does great work, fair prices and he is a veteran and I know that has a lot of pull with you" My husband and I are both veterans and anytime we can support a fellow vet, we are going to do it. By far the best mechanics I've taken my car to. Always great prices and amazing work! They are very friendly and are always all about helping the customer. Would highly recommend them.
