I canceled my unit in the beginning of April. I let them know the second week of April. I paid for a full month in April which was fine but upon canceling it I asked for my security deposit back. I had to speak to the owner after leaving several messages and never getting a reply back. I finally received my deposit refund May 8th. Today June 12th they debited $65 out of my account. Pricing is great, but when your trying to reach someone is impossible. I've called left messages I've wrote messages on my payment envelopes no body ever returned my calls.
