Never use the QR code to pay. The rate is completely different. And I called the property management company they said they couldn’t even refund. Then had to call credit card company to dispute. Use the meter machine! Or you’ll pay three times more.
I use this parking space everyday as this has Tesla chargers but always non EV vehicles are parked and the management doesn't do anything.
Used SpotHero to park from 3 pm to 3 am on Sunday, only $10. Felt very safe in the underground parking lot, lobby door locks and require security to open. LED lighting in the parking lot, almost every single spot has a Tesla or J1172 charger free to use. If we are back in the area, we will use this lot again.
