This is the best place to go in Saginaw they go outta there way for there clients and CoCo is the best great customer service and very polite and helpful and Dr Anne is the best caring helpful and a good listener i give this place 5 stars
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Horrible office. I was a patient here for awhile, and got prescribed a medication that needed a prior authorization, and I had never had this before. I waited a week after the pharmacy said they were waiting on this, and eventually went to meet with my therapist (a different office) who said that prior authorizations shouldn’t take more than a day or two. the receptionist ladies are very rude. talked to me like i was stupid.
Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever recieved from a psychiatric facility. I can see why the first statement on their automated phone message is, “we don’t tolerate abusive language of any kind.” They must frustrate a lot of people. I don’t think they’ve trained their front office employees on customer service at all, especially when it comes to the psychiatric field which takes a lot of patience and understanding, hence working in psychiatry.
