When I went to storage on a Sunday, in January, the unit had a lock on it. No one around and ran to airport to park car. Ask for refund and refused to credit my credit card. Stay far away. I’m going to sue when I returned to Florida. Won’t let them keep my $954.00 from January 7th of 2026. Called today to speak with Oliver and not refunding money.
Absolutely horrible. What they advertised and what they give you are two different things. I ate 200 bucks!!! I was supposed to have an inside unit, climate control, pay 3 months get 3 months free. Not only did I not get the freebies, I didn't get climate control either. They offered me climate control, but it was 25.00 extra a month per unit, and I rented two.I was breaking out in a sweat so bad just to put my lock on, I decided not to take the units.
