After having issues with other units and the problem it was a breathe of fresh air to call and feel heard and valued as a customer
Great location and clean facility. Oliver lead us through the process to view the units and suggested the best option for our needs and budget. Thank you Oliver and Gator State Storage!
Extremely dissatisfied with management. I vacated my unit properly — cleaned it out, followed the move-out process, and provided notice — yet my deposit still has not been returned well past the stated return window. Since then, the manager has been unresponsive and avoids my calls and follow-ups entirely. A deposit refund should be a routine transaction. Instead, I've had to escalate to a formal payment dispute just to recover my own money. I would not rent here again and will be filing against the BBB.
