Updated review: Dave from their Sioux City office reached out and reimbursed me for the restocking fee. After spending thousands with them this year, on my most recent pick up they gave me the wrong steel pole. They tried charging me a $50 restocking fee on a $74 pole for their screw up…. After talking to a manager they were soo kind to only charge me $14 for their mistake. I gave in and said whatever.
