I am so disappointed in the completion of my roof. It leaks worse than ever after Scott and his company State Roofing replaced my old roof with a new medal roof. I have called and texted him frequently regarding the leaking problems, which Scott has refused to respond to. I have even threatened legal action if I don’t hear from him immediately, but he still refuses to return my calls and texts. Please do not use this company! Very poor communication with this company. They never showed up when they said they would and they left a huge mess.
With State Roofing you might get a good job or you might not. They did a mediocre job on our roof. I thought they were done when I paid them (stupid me) and could never get them to come back and finish. They said they would but after many months I gave up. Scott is a liar and will rip you off if you give hime half a chance.
I had them come out and install a new metal roof and gutter system on my home and they did an amazing job recommending colors and informing me about the whole process of it. It was an overall great experience. And they were in and out in about 3 days
Great service. We chose them because there are tons of positive reviews on HomeAdvisor. We are very happy with the experience working with Scott and his great crew. Looking to have them come back and do gutters soon.
