Very rude! Not an ounce of humanity in the owner's heart! Rent was on time every month except when my step daughter had a medical emergency, do you think he even thought about caring? I NEVER had these problems renting from Bause(spellcheck) company. They were very kind to their tenants and understanding. Not to mention my floors were lifting up in July when I was forced to move in November they were still the same way, if not worse.
Horrible.
