Cheap but cozy Building was built in the 50s so this means that you hear literally everything. The walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. Behind every beautiful day is the constant, obnoxious rumble of someone’s TV. I hear every phone conversation and argument. Not to mention the neighbor’s weed wafting up through the bathroom. Location is fine, but it’s on a street dominated by renters so it can be hectic at times. Parking can be a nightmare and you have to walk all the way around the building through mud and snow.

Resident of 6 years Affordable, cozy, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. However management isn't always the most prompt/professional at returning phone calls and sending maintenance out to help with simple requests. They can take either weeks or just a few days. Maintenance is fantastic with snow clearing in the winter. Overall, you get what you pay for and it is a decent place to call home.
