Great Place Ashley Oaks is one of the best places I have lived at. Amazing neighbors, quite at night, and easy to get in and out of. When I put in a maintenance request, they are fast to respond and the staff is always helpful. Awesome landlord too.

Lied about move out fees After moving out I called 3 times to see when the move out inspection would be and they told me only the owners did the move out inspection even though you sign papers when moving in that you have the right to be there. Then they charged me for a brand new carpet and pet fee stating I had a pet when I did not. I sent proof of my child’s allergies and offered video proof but stated the fees still stands. 2yr resident not renewing lease During my two years living here I've had safety issues like my car being broken into and a literal BULLET shot in my 2nd bedroom window in the night. The apartments are old, so things break and maintenance will do anything to avoid fixing them. I didn't have AC for all of summer 2021 because maintenance gave excuses blaming the issue on a "hot summer". The landscaping is poor, and thistle has overtaken the entire flowerbed outside. Cheap but cozy Building was built in the 50s so this means that you hear literally everything. The walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. Behind every beautiful day is the constant, obnoxious rumble of someone’s TV. I hear every phone conversation and argument. Not to mention the neighbor’s weed wafting up through the bathroom. Location is fine, but it’s on a street dominated by renters so it can be hectic at times. Parking can be a nightmare and you have to walk all the way around the building through mud and snow.

Great My family has lived here for almost 2years and we like it very much the people are nice and the prices are not bad for the amount of space you have!.
Spacious Homes I lived here for 2 years and loved the space in my 2 bedroom townhome, bathroom was large, modern updates with cabinets and carpeting were completed prior to moving in. Townhomes are clean and well managed. Neighbors are great. Location is perfect!

3 years and counting! My family and I have been residing in Cherry Hill for three years now and I must say I love it. The staff is awesome and the community is great. My kids love it (especially the pool :-) 5 stars from me!

Looking for a New Home My Family has been living here almost three years. Overall the homes are very nice and rooms are very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. Children are respectful and enjoy the pool in summer. Parking needs improving. The staff is Amazing and try to make things better throughout the year! If your looking for your next place to live, choose Cherry Hill!
