AC has been out since Aug 3 in apt 220 yet no one told us prior to move in on 8 12. It's 87 degrees in the apt We were told they are replacing the hvac units on the roof so there would be random outages. It's 8 16 and there's been no responses to our calls maintenance tickets. Girls have visited the office and they tell them they will contact maint and make them a priority. It's still out for 5 days now. Never seen an apartment so dirty! Had high hopes from the tour we were given. The tour guide alluded that all rooms would be similar size. No! That was not the case. If your kiddo moves in here, bring gloves and cleaning supplies.
I haven't even moved in yet, they do not have a floor plan with dimensions, super bad at communication.

My son lived here and had a great experience. Close to campus and a safe place to live.
