RecommendedMy father went under your care several months ago. Any time we needed you guys, you were there. He passed away at the care unit yesterday. Tim, the nurse on duty his last night, was amazing. Without the help of your wonderful team, we wouldn't of been able to do what we needed to do in his final days. We appreciate you and Tim will always hold a special place in all of our hearts. He is truly an angel on earth and really doing the work he was meant to do.

I am so thankful for the nurses and staff at State of the Heart Hospice Care center at Wayne Hospital. My father was in their loving care from Thurs to Sun morning. He relaxed as soon as we arrived into his room. I had the privilege to be by his side until the end. One night I slept in his bed with him so I could hug him tight.
