Impossible to change password. Security questions are not accurate, which cannot be amended. Tried to call and the wait times are one hour plus. Very frustrating. Please model after the IRS website which is easy to navigate.
Waited for an hour to talk to someone at customer service on the phone, they were unable to get me logged into my account and then hung up on me. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.
I had received a notice that my taxes had been reviewed and an error was found. I was sent a letter stating that I owed like $20. Not the end of the world. I make an account online and pay, thinking it would be safer. Why does this whole process feel like a scam? I kept records of my payment, received a 2nd notice that I owed money. Horrible. The worst possible customer service. Hours upon hours of wait time and if they are busy the robot just hangs up on you.
Ridiculous wait times (1 hour plus); no help online. AI chatbot is terrible. AI phone service is terrible. People want to talk to someone real. AI is not the answer.
