Ridiculous wait times (1 hour plus); no help online. AI chatbot is terrible. AI phone service is terrible. People want to talk to someone real. AI is not the answer.
Bad experience, they returned my phone call after two and half hours, I asked her a question, she said what she wanted to say & hung up the phone, she was very root to begin whit, I was having hard time to understand her English didn't even give me chance to ask her to slow down, we're paying their salaries they should be nice to people, the governor of California should do better job. I would give her below zero stars.
Horrible customer service, egregious wait times, and incompetent staff. Total waste of time. I wish I could leave negative stars.
The process was quick and simple. The person who assisted me was very clear and helpful. My question was answered, and they helped me right there and then. I'm grateful the misunderstanding was resolved.
