Cheap newspaper wants a lousy dollar for every crappie post they make online I fondly remember what a good paper it was before knight Ridder bought them out now it's even worse then before since this company took over sad and disappointing.
Do not subscribe to The State Newspaper. When I moved out of state they refused to refund my remaining subscription issues, instead converting them to digital. When my subscription ran out they continued it without my approval, then sent me straight to collections without notifying me of the issue.
I ordered a subscription to The State newspaper (both print and online) three weeks ago. I have (even after 3 phone calls) yet to receive the printed edition. Each time I was told it would be delivered the next morning. Today I canceled my subscription and demanded a refund. I will see if they will refund the money or I will have to call many more times.
