Chris was great to work with at State Motors Lincoln. From the beginning, he was friendly, patient, and very straightforward. I had a few questions along the way, and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the process went smoothly. It's refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about the customer rather than just making a sale. I would definitely recommend Chris!
I had a great experience from the initial contact with my salesperson Nathan Johannson, all the way through the final purchase and getting my vehicle. They were never pushy. I didn't get messages everyday (email, phone call, and texts) like I did from Lexus or Landrover which drive me nuts. I am so happy with my vehicle, and so is my family!
Trustworthy and quick! Customer service is awesome!
Marc and Lindsey were very professional. They made the traction painless. Marc was very good at his understanding of the Nautilus. He spent a long time going through all the features on the car. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this dealer and these 2 wonderful employees who truly represent Lincoln, State Motors!!
