I took my Ford Explorer to this dealership a few times for various reasons and was a happy client. One issue I took it in for was a static noise. They replaced something with the radio but it didn’t fix it. Was told more than once that they had the Ford engineers looking into it. Never heard back. All follow up was on my end. Amazing dealership! I have bought many cars and been to many dealerships and State Motors is by far my favorite! Sales guy Nate is excellent, very knowledgeable! Everything was very smooth just like their cars :)
We went to Lincoln to test drive a Nautilus. Nate, our salesman was very informative, and showed us the features of the vehicle without any pressure to make a purchase. We did make the purchase and appreciated how he took the time to answer any questions.
My father passed away and I was left with his run down Lincoln MKX. I brought it to State Motors to see if it was worth keeping. I told them the situation and asked them to let me know if it was worth keeping. They charged just under $400 just to look at it and that couldn’t even be credited towards any repairs that would be done.
