Ben is not trustworthy. He is not a man of his word, he does not show up, nor does he respond to calls or emails. Working with him is an exercise in frustration. We had to seek another option at significant expense to get our generator to function properly which he promised reimbursement. As soon as we sent him the bill, he went MIA - it has been many weeks with zero response.

The generator install was the easiest home improvement we have ever done. State Electrical Services communicated with us during the project and completed the job perfectly and in a timely manner. Definitely a 5 star business!

I paid for a generator to be installed 8 months ago in full. It still hasn't been installed. I've had very little communication from Ben Buffery the owner including a 4 months period where he didn't answer the phone or return any messages. Stay away from this company.

We wanted to install a generator for our home and called the recommended companies in our area. Other companies gave us an over the phone bid that was not only more expensive but that they couldn’t give us an accurate bid until they did an on-site evaluation. We actually scheduled an on-site inspection with one of them for three weeks in advance.
