So I’m confused mind you this is 3 years ago. I got a phone call from this guy telling me that I owe 800$ I’m like as a single mother of 2 can I set up a payment plan, this man gonna charge me 200$ a month, refuses to send me a email or any of that with the information. Said when I lived in Chester and moved to Waterbury I didn’t change my address on my registration. My bad but I didn’t even think you had to do that smh no idea what to do.
