I guess it’s Normal practice to allow your employees to call customers liars and make them cry and make them feel little. This woman you have answering your phones is just rude and disgusting. I will never be your customer and I will share my cousins experience with this company.
Just purchased our new home and new to propane. The whole state line staff was amazing. Coming out same day for an emergency fill to having an extremely knowledgeable technician who taught my husband all the tricks. All very kind and professional answering all our many questions. Highly recommend!
I am a widow with two young daughters; the motor on my furnace stopped working and State Line was out in minutes to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered, received & Installed the very next day! Super professional service technician - I won’t ever use anyone else; they really care for their customers.
This may be the worst company I have even dealt with in my life. Stay as far away as possible.
