We've had outstanding experiences with State-Line at the apartment complex I manage. They treated multiple units for bed bugs and handled the situation professionally. Their technicians were on time, discreet and friendly. We are going to use them for all our pest management services going forward. We had termites in just over a year. Stateline (spoke to Tim) allegedly pre-treated our house on construction, and said they pre-treated again once backfilled. We have termites just over a year later. They offered to come do a complete treatment for $500 since I did not receive a letter from them asking if we’d continue with their service. called to schedule service, the woman i talked to was not friendly at all. she said someone would call me to set up service, they never called. horrible customer service. I always try to support local business, too bad they are not worthy.
