Bought a 2018 malibu with 63K miles. Sales guy wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. Straight up guy with good prices. After a week I am very pleased. Definitely will be going back.
My review is a bit overdue. I have purchased two vehicles from here. The first was in May of 2020 and 80,000 miles later it's still going strong. Purchased my second vehicle in November 2024 and had a couple minor issues that Al addressed quickly and professionally. I will definitely be going back when I purchase my next vehicle.
I live in Grand rapids, Michigan and drove all the way to look at a Honda odyssey that they had listed on Facebook. It was exactly as described, been very happy with it so far. They even stayed after hours on the weekend to accommodate my schedule. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!
I saw a Honda Civic Hatchback online and drove up from Columbus to see the car, it appear as shown online with no hidden issues. I had the car inspected at the Honda dealer and the car was in great condition. I asked them to remove tinting on the front windshield and a few things to the interior, and they did it for no additional charge. it was a great experience!
