Came here at 616pm after calling they told me they close at 6:30 very nasty employees refused to wait on me or even open the door and when I asked for a supervisor they said they don't have one I'll never ever go to this place of business again

I went to sell some gold pieces and they made us wait 30 to 35 minutes because the appraiser was busy. The arrogant guy came in and wanted to pay me half of what they offered me elsewhere. With all due respect, I told him I didn't want to sell and he started swearing. And he was so shameless that he told me not to waste his time! Sellers, beware, got a very off vibe going here. Didn't really seem to test my piece thoroughly and low balled horribly. Wouldn't recommend selling here. I recently came into possession of a white gold 14k ring with real diamonds. He confirmed that both the diamonds and gold were real before lowballing me. He offered 100$ for a 1200$ ring.
