I have tried to get a new roof due to storm, missing shingle, leak into home. Multiple contractors tried to work with this agency to no avail. Extremely hard to work with. Finally reported to Mn. Deputy Insurance Administration. If I could give a NEGATIVE rating I would. P.S. I have had State Farm for over 10 years paying over $250. Per month without any home claims. So much for loyalty and belief in an honest company. Stephanie only sugar and I do mean sugar coats FAKE concern for her clients.
Recently switched from Farmers and after a thorough review with Sam ended up with better coverage for less $$. Great service!
