James is truly an outstanding State Farm agent. It took me a few weeks to make my decision to switch to State Farm for my Auto insurance, and he was incredibly patient. He spent a lot of time going over the policy, looking for ways to reduce it even further, and he saved me a good bit of money in the process. He was extremely friendly and personal, yet always professional. I can honestly say, part of the reason I chose State Farm, other than the savings, of course, was because of James. :)
