I had a great experience working with Jennifer on my lawn mower claim. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure my claim was handled properly. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful she was, and she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. State Farm is lucky to have someone like Jennifer!
