I began working with Ralph Smith Agency at State Farm several years ago. The level of service is top notch. Both Ralph and Sara have meet and often exceeded my insurance expectations over the years. They are extremely responsive, helpful, good at suggesting alternatives and overall great to work with. As we move further and further into the AI world, I for one am very grateful for the old-fashioned expertise and service I've received from their office. I could not offer a higher recommendation for their team.
The folks at Ralph Smith's office are great. My three star rating was not meant to reflect upon their office. My problem was with the previous agent who used false data to lure me with low rates.
We have been very happy with the service that Sara Hathaway has provided at State Farm. We have been high needs and made several changes due to our kids adding and changing cars. She has always been prompt and extremely helpful.
The people in this office are outstanding. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Melissa Graham who took care of an edit in my renter's insurance required by the property management. She was so patient, kind, and professional and resolved the issue immediately. I've been with this office for years and will never change. Thank you so much!
