I called Lori for a quote, and she was wonderful to work with! We were able to make an informed decision because of her. Would recommend to anyone!
Lori does not return phone calls as a general practice, and when I claim is going poorly, she disappears. I find nothing to recommend about this agency.
Whoever Tom is in her office, may be the worst office person ever. I've honestly never been on the phone with someone so rude and incompetent.
