I have been a loyal StateFarm customer for the past 8-9 years. In January 2025, they reached out one time and stated my card decline. I called same day, I left multiple voicemail, I sent texts to the number that was texting me. Instead of calling me back or sending me a text back, they canceled my policy. When I went online multiple times to check both website and app, “no bills due.” Not to mention that they never answer your phone call and the only way to reach anyone is to call the 800 number. Agent Luis Lopez was extremely polite, respectful and thorough in explaining the details of my auto and home insurance Plus this agency was able to lower my premiums substantially whilst still providing the same benefits that AAA, my prior insurance, had provided.
Worst insurance experience in 40 years. No one is ever in the office; they do not pick up the phone. They do not provide documents timely. I would never recommend this particular State Farm agency. Will be transferring my policies. What a poor reflection on State Farm, from someone whose family was in the industry for decades.

Terrible experience! I have been with State Farm for 10 years, I absolutely LOVED them in while I lived in Connecticut. When I moved to Las Vegas, I was sent to the Ken Kim agency and my experience was the complete opposite!! I was never able to get them on the phone and on the rare occasions that I was, the customer service was subpar. I have recently switched to a different State Farm agency in town, the service is amazing and my new agency was even able to offer me a significantly lower rate than Ken Kim.
