Terrible customer service on the phone. The “woman” I was talking to was disrespectful and had a snarky attitude and hung up on me before I could say anything else.

Terrible! They left me with out insurance and made me pay it afterwards when my father passed away! They were super rude and lied to get me to sign up. I didn’t want a device in my car to get a discount & the agent lied to me about it. When I told her I was not okay with that, she cancelled my insurance without telling me. That’s how it happened. My mom has been with the office for many years and referred me when i moved from Texas. I have now been with julia's office for 3 years, my adult kids too. They are always quick to respond. Like today i needed an updated dec page & Crystal Holtmyer had it to me within minute! I love their friendliness, responsiveness and patience when I have questions.
