Jeremy Mueller with State Farm Insurance has been my agent since 2004 and it is still the best decision I ever made. Even though his practice is extremely busy, I can always count on him to answer all of my questions. He responds to my calls and/or emails promptly, is very knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance, and maintains a high level of integrity. His team handles things fast, efficiently, and always follow-up to ensure that everything has been resolved. They truly make me feel like I'm a valued customer!
Great customer service – I was so impressed with Jeremy's office and how quickly and efficiently they handled our claim. He was so helpful and got us through the process. The adjuster and state farm approved contractor have also been great. The customer service was wonderful, and I highly recommend them.
Great Auto Insurance Agent – I've known Jeremy Mueller at the State Farm Agency in Scottsdale for a few years now and I can truly say that he withstands the test of time. Home insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance-excellent – Jeremy Mueller's agency and staff is always helpful, friendly, and provides all around excellent customer service. His office is conveniently located in the AJ's shopping center near My Sisters Closet on the south east corner of pima and pinnacle peak. I have my home insurance, auto insurance, and my life insurance with his office. Anytime I've had any questions they have always answer in a timely matter whether by email our phone. I give, them three thumbs up!
