After having State Farm for 20 years today is the day I leave it after my agent did not properly get ahold of me after a payment lapse and they canceled my policy. After I found out what happened they gave me a new offer to restart my insurance for $2000 hire. I have had no accidents in 20 years of driving no claims and this is how they treat their customers.
