I have had a policy active with State Farm and Bob Jones since before I was born. Yes, my policy has a start date before I do. Bob and, more importantly, his office are what we should expect from an outfit that handles the farms and families of Kansans. Courteous, amiable and helpful all day long. I have had car wrecks, family tragedies and disasters all handled without adding one more once of sweat and worry on my plate. Bob Jones is as Worthless as they come. I have been with them for yrs. with my home ins., they keep calling you trying to get your car ins. and after you do all the leg work getting all your info together they can never beat my other ins., last time I told them to just leave me alone and Bob says oh we have better prices now, so I went thru all the leg work again and called the office with my info and they never even called back. I had a major leak in my house and Bob was his usual WORTHLESS agent and did nothing to help, I ... read more
