Horrible, Was with them for almost 10 years and my premium was ridiculously high with no explanation. Had a 2014 vehicle and had to choose a $1000 deductible just to keep my payments under $200/month and this was with the bare minimum coverage. Had two no fault accidents and they couldn't even get in contact with one of the parties even though I provided all the information and the other they basically let go scot-free.
