Signed up through this agent almost 2 years ago and its been nothing but headaches. I first signed up and they told me what my rate would be. After i paid the deposit they called me back a few weeks later and said they messed up my application and said my new rates were $30 a month more than originally quoted. I was in an accident and tried multiple times but "Doug" could never take my call so I had to deal with corporate. Save yourself the aggravation and don't sign up with this agent. They don't even deserve the one star. Difficult to reach when you need them. I had to call the corporate office to finally get someone to speak to after trying for several month.
